If VINE reports release while CT DOC still lists a facility, note the time each source was checked. One feed may be ahead of the other. Contact CT DOC Public Information when the difference matters. A court docket can then show whether bond, sentence completion, or another order caused the event.

Hartford DOC Victim Notification Layer
